Jeff is by far the best lender we have ever talked to or worked with. Our credit scores needed some work and Jeff was there step by step to help us get our scores to where they needed to be. I was very apprehensive about buying a house, I had never purchased a new home and my fear was being taken advantage of, mainly because I had no knowledge of all the details, taxes, escrow etc. A friend at work referred me to a realtor who in turn told me "Jeff White is the Lender, he's an honest man and very good at explaining the entire process". Being a skeptic, I was still nervous, but after talking with Jeff, I felt comfortable. He walked me through each step, sometimes repeating himself (with patience). The whole process was very easy, mainly because of his ability to explain things in terms I could understand.

Jeff is just one of those "Good Ole Boys" that can relate with all of us. If I had to do it all over again I would go through Jeff. He even stays in touch and sends out a very informative weekly update on the housing market as well as other interesting topics.

Jeff made a stressful job of refinancing my town house from an ARM to a 30 year fixed loan a breeze, and such a pleasure. Jeff White was a joy in a nerve wracking experience. I had a crazy home buying occurrence that involved a year and three month short sale and three loan officers. I must say working with Jeff was lucky number 3. Once Jeff came into the picture things went much smoother. He drove all over tar nation to aid in me getting the paperwork completed by the original owners (which was beyond the requirements of his job), he locked in a great rate, recommended an awesome insurance agent, and has helped me figure out issues with my new home and my taxes. Jeff White is a genuine honest person who truly cares about his clients. I am very thankful for him.
